A supply of linens for your stay will be furnished.

Additional maid service is available upon request, for a nominal charge.

The Whaler does not charge a Registration Fee or Resort Services Fee.

Onsite parking is available for $12 per day, payable to the front desk.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

We ask for a deposit of 50% of your rental fee. For rental periods of three weeks or more, the deposit is ten (10) nights rental fee. Your deposit and signed Rental Agreement are due within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be made if a cancellation notice is received 45 days prior to arrival date. After that date, deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the unit.
